I'm not sure what you are missing. There is a full page of new information in the form of a letter on the home page of the DOC website. I found it to be pretty interesting and it thouroughly explained the various moves the aircraft has had to make and why. I simply posted the link here to make people aware that there has been activity on the DOC website in the form of this new posting (the letter) and I think some people would be interested to read it. :roll:

What I was elaborating on was all of that was discussed in the thread I linked. I was curious if there was actually anything newer than 3/11/2009 update as I saw nothing new. :wink:
