Along with Trae (Elroy13) I am a volunteer at the Lone Star Flight Museum in Galveston, Texas. Following Hurricane Ike many of us 'adopted' various Museum artifacts to restore and preserve. One of the items I brought home was the Museum's F-111 cockpit escape module. This had been converted to a USAF training aide. It was about 50% complete instrument wise with the remainder paper/cardboard reproductions. This cockpit was under seven feet of salt water for several hours and all the paper/cardboard reproductions biodegraded.
Our restoration plan is to obtain high quality digital color photographs of existing cockpit instrument panels taken straight on, print them in actual size, laminate them to foam board and use them to fill the missing areas in the instrument panel.
Consequently I am looking for help finding someone who can provide these photos.
Regards,
John

I was supposed to do that for you when I was still at the CAF, but I just never got around to it. Sorry.

Perhaps Dave Miller can zap a few pictures for you?
