I just found this location...
ImageAerial Visuals - Location Dossier - Airport?, Mississippi - MiG-29

So what is the story behind this site?

Mike

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

Checked this with Bing:

I can't tell for certain but it definitely looks MiG-29ish, but the problem is that it also looks a bit F-15ish.

Judging from this:

I'd say it's likely it's likely a range target. Certainly a waste of a good MiG-29 if true, though.

Also, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who scans google maps for objects of interest :D

There's another one of those at a range in Arkansas as well. Around the Fort Smith area, if I remember correctly.

say, as long as we're on the google subject...was on a heli delivery from Canada to St. Petersburg FL a few years back and flew over this area, or one near this one, what can anyone tell me about it? Looks different...

Lat 29° 7'27.26"N
Lon 81°42'46.86"W

Some sort of aircraft represented on a very short runway?

Another Range target? (no birdseye view here, unfortunately)

Do we know that's actually an aircraft or is there a chance it's a mock-up target?

Its on Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Its a training aid, and you can also see a mockup of a SAM site behind the aircraft.
