The jets belonged to Combat Jets Museum. The collection was later donated en masse to the EAA. Warbird Heritage A-4 was part of the collection.

Lone Star was just beginning to make their presence felt.

It was with Lone Star as N13340 . It is now CF-BHU in Canada.

The Canadian registration was cancelled 05/07/2007. Last owner Grass River Lodge, Manitoba.

Thanks guys..the weather changed so I had some time to run a search. A good site dedicated to Parachutes Inc.
According to them, 43-35432 was the first Norseman they purchased. She had quite a history, scroll down about 3/4
of the page to aircraft #3...

Two thoughts:

1. I LOVE the way they "snuck" CAF there onto Carolyn. Never noticed that before. Wish there was a way they could do things more subtly, but still prominently like that in lieu of the wings (and no, I'm not one of the mad bashers).

2. I'm kind of thinking that L-6 is the one that used to be at Cannon with the Alamo Liaison Squadron, but I never saw it in person myself that I can remember right now. Is anyone able to confirm that?

The L-6 was privately owned by an ALG member, spent half its time in S.A. and half in Brownsville. The ALG bird was similar to #33, and I hadn't finished mine quite yet. I flew both of the other two, and I think I flew #33 home that year as there had been an emergency in the owners family and they left early.
