They're all over the place and they seem to be multiplying....so you have to come up with SOMETHING to put them to good use for.

That is Kindsvaters Buchon with the new owner, correct? Love to see it flying. Great feeling to know I helped a little on the restoration while in A&P school. :D :D I learned a lot over that summer. Thanks again Harold.....Have some pictures from early in the restoration if anyone would like me to dig them up.

The Corsair is the Meier Motors/Germany based F4U-5 that we have all bee following the repainting of from its former French livery into this, possibly the Coolest paint scheme an F4U-5 has ever carried! Good to see her out and about and at Legends!

Yep ~ now owned by the Air Fighter Academy in Germany and flown to the UK by Charlie Brown from
the Historic Aircraft Collection.

OK I'll say it..the Buchon looks fantastic, bu that "politically corrected" swastika just looks stupid. Everybody obviously knows what it's supposed to be. I understand the legalities involved, but frankly I'd prefer they just leave it off entirely rather than use a "partially redacted" version.

Great pics though..keep 'em coming!

Wasn't Charlie the 'test pilot' who did the initial post-restoration flights for Harold on the Buchon about 10-12 years ago?

And for the 'redacted' swastica....good catch, I had to go back and look at the pictures.

Great photos! Has February been purchased by the Fighter Collection? Will she stay in the UK?
