Art Williams, Germany

Over the years I have seen a lot of references to Art Williams of Germany. I know he converted a Buchon into Bf 109E and did the initial restoration on the FW 190 Dora for Doug Champlin years ago. He has worked on other 109s and apparaently has a later G model that he is restoring for himself. I believe he is an ex-patriate American but don't really know.

Does Williams have a website? Is there a site that has more information about his operation? If he wants to be low key that's fine with me but if there is already information out there I would like to know more.
