I just discovered the trailer for this short film that was made a couple of years ago. Not sure what it's about other than a Spit vs. a Bf 109 in a dogfight. Has anybody seen it?

If this is the one I'm thinking of, it goes on to include the two crash landing and going after each other with pistols. (Well...the German had a pistol. The Brit had a revolver.)
But don't take this as accurate 'cause, at my age, memory is the second thing to go.

A GOGLEing turns up nothing beyond the 1:02 clip we have here.

I believe Mudge was referring to a live action short that was posted here about 18 months ago of a Spit pilot tracking a 109 pilot he'd shot down through the woods until both are captured and placed under arrest by the Irish Army which is where the two had come down.

OK. That's really, really bad. And I mean bad in a bad way, not good.

Maybe you could edit out your plot spoiler, Inspector?

It may not be Hitchcock, but there's no need to blab the twist and spoil it for a new viewer. pop2

Regards,

JDK,
Since it's already been posted and I believe, it's on that old Southern Standby Y'allTube, I see no reason to take me to task. There must be millions of people who've not yet seen Citizen Kane or other classic films and none of those who have seen them kept parts of the plot or the entire movie a deep dark secret, but I'm the sort of guy who loved driving by crowds lined up to see TITANIC and yell out the car window 'at the end the ship sinks'. Buy me a soda and a large popcorn and for $5.00 I'll tell you the plot of CASABLANCA including most of Bogeys dialogue. pop1   Unless you happen to be one of those who hasn't seen 'The German'

Pity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spoiler_%28media%29

And yes, I think telling people who haven't seen Kane about Rosebud is pretty poor behaviour.

That´s an excellent animation, with something to say to boot.
