Looks like the Navy's F-35C, but I wonder why they are driving it instead of flying it? Could this simply be a mockup? I guess it could also be one of the models they use for radar profile testing. Interesting find!

It was CG-1 being moved back to Fort Worth from Vought's drop test lab. It's a structural test article and will never fly......except as cargo....
