Yesterday I took the Focke-Wulf out for a spin over to Ontario, more precisely to the airport of Midland-Huronia, right next to Lake Huron, 271NM from my home base.

I had learned about this show the preceding Tuesday and was on my way to see this one airplane...

Also there was this buddy of his:

Being in Canada, you see those all over the place.

Hey Ollie,

I never did see you up at the north end and by the time I got there you were firing up. Got a shot of you departing. Maybe next time.

We're trying to conquer the world, and meet all the female wingwalkers in the bar...

P.S. Has that Focke Wulf of yours been re-engined? No BMW 801 up front...

Cheers Guys.

Eric, we had a great time at the show though, thanks a lot!

TJ, you make me never want to go to an airshow again.

Will be at Gennie next year.
