I just wanted to inform you all who have seen some of my postings on my father’s aviation past. My father Jack Rees, former owner/operator of B-25J 45-8835 (CF-DKU) which now flies as “Betty’s Dream” with C & P Aviation passed away yesterday at 79 years old. I would like to say thank you to Scott Thompson & Coert Munk who have shown interest in my father’s aviation exploits over the years. And to Gary Lewis, I will get you those pictures I’ve been promising. I’ve attached a few pictures & links to those who are interested in seeing some of my father’s colorful past.

Hello Greg and family,

My sincere condolences to you and your family. It was a privilege to read the stories your father Jack told you and it was a privilege to publish on it. I'll contact you asap via e-mail! Our thoughts are with you in the coming period.
Keep spreading the news on the beautiful B-25!
Kind regards,

Coert

Your father sounds like he lead a very full, fulfilling and colorful life, and must have been great fun to be around. You must have some wonderful memories, and I hope these carry through in the coming years. I am very sorry to hear of your loss though, and can only imagine how you must be feeling right now.

Please take care,
Richard

Im sorry for the loss you've encountered. Im sure he's cruising around in a B-25 somewhere through the clouds.
