Looks like you are only getting parts off of the Carcass-

T-39 Aircraft for parts reclamation from tail #': 603499. Only parts with a demil code of A or Q will be released to buyer. Entire aircraft are not for sale. Mutilation not required.

Further-

Non-hazardous demil A or and Q components in this offer, that may be available include, but are not limited to: instrumentation, communication and navigational equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic components.

Furthermore-

SPECIAL TERMS OF SALE:
- A $100,000.00 deposit is required to participate in this event.
- Bidding privileges will be activated upon receipt of full deposit.

So, for $100K you can bid on some parts.
