Cool update, Scott - but that buried B-17 is in Florida, not England.
Please PM me - I can do a quick proofread on the fourth edition if you need it, if it's not too late.

Chris...thanks for that correction on the location. Not sure how I missed that in the source email and I did not do a follow up search to verify.

However (comma)... a fourth edition of "Final Cut" while we B-25 aficionados must make-do with a 14-year-old first edition of "B-25 Mitchell in Civil Service?" I mean..come on! It's not like you have an important day job or are building an airplane or anything. Sheesh! Let's get off the dime and give us Mitchell fans something to spend our hard earned expendable income on.

Okay, all kidding and gentle but very public bashing behind...any future plans for an update? I mean, prior to the sixth edition of "Final Cut?" :wink:

great update Scott. Glad to hear some news about the disposition of Swamp Ghost. I was LOL when I read your desription of the weather in Seatle. Keep up the good work. Oh yeah, looking forward to the new Final Cut.

Readers vote with their book purchases...I still have copies of the first edition to sell. I fully support a major ground swell of purchasers to clean out my stock of B-25 in Civil Service books....then I will do the 2nd edition...heh heh.... It's a great airplane and incredible book (!) but the B-17 is a more popular airplane...especially on the post war subject.

Found an article from 10/2010 about Mr. Hagen talking with the Delaware Valley Historic Aircraft Assoc. that is already based at Willow Grove. http://articles.philly.com/2010-10-04/n ... dom-museum

Unfortunetly the DVHAA's Me-262 was moved to Pensacola recently.
