Prior to his entry in WWII, the actor Jimmy Stewart bought a Stinson 108 to learn how to fly in. Does anyone know if this Stinson is still around, or have any photos of it? :?:

Just to help Mudge a little, I don't think it could be a 108, they didn't come out until '46. A 105 maybe?

Yup 105 or 10A, later to evolve to L-5.

But if you want a 108 (could of been his) I got one for sale dirt cheap (project).
