Is there any C-82's still flying and or restored?

restored, yes,
flying, no, last flying C-82 was the ex Hawkins and Powers bird, which went to Hagerstown after the auction, never to fly again.

The museum had one in the Air Park .. it has been removed and taken to restoration ... have no idea what the plans are.

The one that was in the children's park in Hermosillo, Mexico was scrapped in 2005.

This one?

44-23033 c/n 10077 Fuselage at Tucson International Airport, Arizona, USA. To National/Southwest Alloys scrapyard, near AMARC. Noted 2003.
Bing Maps photos show a C-82 in the early photos, but later ones don't show it at all.

are you sure the Hagerstown C-82 is not going to fly again? I think their problem is they have had too many aircraft donated and just have to focus their efforts. It would be a lot cheaper to maintian the C-82 with it's R-2800's than their C-119 with it's R-3350's.

I would venture a guess at 170 GPH in cruise and close to 700 gph on take off as it has the same engines that we do on the Haproon. I am also guessing at 150 mph cruise or less but I am strictly shooting from the hip on this one.
