Both were installed on the forward facing side of the upper forward turret frame. This is just across from the flight engineers station and above the main entrance in the nose gear well. They mounted though the fabric insulation on 1/2 inch wood blocks one oval for the manufacturers plate and one rectangular for the AAF plate.
