I've never seen anything about any surviving Manchester bombers. Are there any recoverable remains out there?

Good question.

Not too many Manchesters were built. Looking it up on wikipedia it appears that only 209 were built. 78 were lost during operations.

As for the amount of survivors, I can't find any information, but I assume there are no survivors on display.

I'd be curious to know of any crash sites.

If anyone had a spare Lancaster airframe it would be easy to reverse engineer a Manchester but finding two presentable RR Vultures would be a problem.

There was a Manchester rear fuselage recovered around 40 years ago from a site here in the UK (from an old firing/bombing range if I remember rightly), although it wasn't in the best condition and it's believed to have since been disposed of.
