Need Some ID Help Please

Greetings All -
Our Museum recently had a donation of a number of photos form a gentleman who passed away this last December. I'm scanning the set and have a few photos I cannot ID. Any help would be appreciated!
The first set are of a Fairchild AT-21 - trying to figure out the N# for it. Any clear pics of it out there?
The trike gear has a wing much like an Piper L-21 and the fuselage has features along those lines as well. The nose, well, plain ugly but...
Thought the amphibian was a Colonial Skimmer but everything I have shows all of them on tricycle gear.

I thought the amphibian might be a Thurston Teal but that was a puller engine design.
