A few weeks ago while going through some of my spares, I noticed something rather "amiss" about this C-7A door..

That's an Army paint job from the early 90's, and "EIXT RELEASE" is NOT a decal, it's in the paint! "Ahh SH*T!" :x

Anyone else have any funny stories?? :lol:

In another WIX thread (which I won't specifically name!), I noticed some painted stenciling on an aircraft door that reads, "EMERGENCY RELEASE HANDEL". Looks to be original military, too! :lol:

Wasn't Handel a classical music composer? :P
