It is painted to represent Hornell's (VC winner) aircraft.

The biggest problem being, is that the preservation of tires by filling them with an expanding foam, makes them unuseable when you actually have to move them. I know that they have been changing and obtaining servicable tires to get the aircraft moved for the last year.
