Try the Canadian Aviation and Space Museum. They have a Puss Moth in the collection. They may have something in their archives available at a cost?

You could also try the Tiger Boys in Guelph.
They have restored a lot of Tiger Moths and are currently restoring a Gipsy Moth, so they might have something on the Puss Moth.
WIXer fleet16b is involved there or you might contact them through their website: http://www.tigerboys.com/

Can't be many Puss Moths in North America.
I know a guy with one....hasn't flown for years.
