Not in the on screen listings for either KCTS or KTBC in the Seattle market. I've noticed that both local PBS stations seem to be buying a large number of independently done programs from other PBS outlets or other providers and at least in the Seattle market run these as fund raisers showing 9 or 10 minutes of programming and 25 minutes of an irritating Bozo beating the tub to 'pledge $50 and get this really crappy $2 coffe mug and a DVD of the program you are hoping to watch' usually complete with some old hag who must test fly brooms on weekends and puts up lame brained 'banter' making both appear very lame.

I can't count the number of 'sounds interesting' programs I've switched away from on PBS because of this.

And it will happen moreso I reckon, since PBS lost federal funding last year. I wonder how long before the steely eye of the deficit slashers falls on 501c3's?

Odd.

No wonder we get so fed up with the media saying aeroplanes were doing acrobatic manouvres (as if they were gymnasts). Here in NZ it is aerobatics, or aeros, or aerobatting, etc. No acrobats excpt in the idiot media. Thanks.
