I just got home from going to see the CAFs B-17 "Sentimental Journey" in Trenton, on the coast of The Republic Of Maine(former WWII coastal patrol base). She's been here since Monday and will be leaving Friday around 1000hrs for Albany(?), NY. They had a good turn out, looked like a full boat for every flight( The kid in the nose must have had a NICE view of Cadillac Mountain!) I think I got some nice pictures, even using Zippy The Backup Camera(I broke my Canon big time.

). And she did look some nice! I watched a guy on a Harly almost run off the road trying to l;ook over his shoulder(They were parked at the end of the runway which is right next to the main highway!). The folks from the Arizona Wing were a little dismayed at the weather today, though, 90deg. Hazy, Hot and Humid! Not what they were expecting in Maine(tomorrow supposed to be 70 deg.).

I was awful nice of them to stop by, though. We do appreciate a good Warbird whenever we can get it.
