Newark F-4C - One Year Later - Centerpiece For Memorial Day

Just wanted to drop a quick update one year later after we started on our F-4C resto that was completed by Veterans Day 2011...
Im happy to report that the city of Heath moved its Memorial Day event to the F-4 park at the airport. Its easy to hold the event at the airport this year as the runway is closed for re-surfacing. We are looking at ways of turning this into a true park where visitors can access the area without crossing the ramp in front of the main hangar.
More details on the event below...hard to believe a year has passed by so quick...we still get inquiries as to when we will start offering rides in the F-4
