I've seen a great many of them but would be hard pressed to select one favorite.

Mudge the undecided :?

Don't see Hitchcock's 'SABATEUR' starring Bob Cummings on the list, pretty good spy v spy Hitchcock mystery.

'Seven were saved' must have been one of Russell Haydens few leading roles after he quit as sidekick for Hopalong Cassidy and then as Charles Starretts Durango Kid series sidekick. Not bad as far as low budget post war films go, no more cheese than your average RKO movie of the same period.

Can't help but to post this movie. I think I'm seeing Stearman's but not sure what the others are. Anyone?

The T-6 lookn' thing is a Soko 522, there are a few still flying in the US and Europe.
Aerofiles also has a good movie list.

Take a look at the 1939 to 1945 list. Great stuff.

My favorite has always been "They Were Expendable" by John Ford. Still on my "best of all the best list"
