Engine Experts.need analysis of case stampings on 2nd engine

Guys,

Here are photos of my 2nd engine. Would appreciate interpretation of all of the stampings that are on the case. The case was manufactured 2/1/1942. I have the original logbook that runs from 4/24/49 to 5/1/1953. This engine came with the 1942 O-58A.

"ASF 4-21-43" "OCAD 5-23-45" means it was overhauled on this date at OCAD and ASF. wherever that is/was.

The first photo was a casting number from the manufacturer.

599:25 is the number of hours on the engine when overhauled at ASF. The numbers after 5-23-45, I'm guessing, is the number of hours on the engine when overhauled at OCAD.

Both were military overhauls.

Thank you very much for that information. This engine was on the O-58A when it was sold as surplus in 1945. I think OCAD was Oklahoma City Air Depot.
