Hey Steve,

I assume there are two survivors. I have seen recent pictures of the one at Pima.... but I remember one in Air Classics awhile ago that was blue. Wondered about that one myself!

There are 2, 1 at Pima, the other was at Palomar, near San Diego. I was restored several yrs ago, but crashed on a test flight, landed off airport and flipped over, it is rebuildable. The cause was, if I remember right, the throttle control was not saftied and came undone from the carb.

I beleive that blue a/c was powered by a 2600 and was to be flown around the world (?) but crashed on the first or second flight from Carlsbad, CA.
