Purchase your ride through Gauntlet's web site and you can have a gift certificate e-mailed to you automatically. The certificates are valid for one year, so it isn't too early to start thinking about the holidays!

Fine Print

Cancellations within 36 hours of a scheduled flight or no-shows will be charged for the entire ride. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time for a lesson or ride is considered a no-show.

Rides can be scheduled up to one month in advance. In the event a ride is canceled due to weather or aircraft mechanical issues, the customer may reschedule up to six weeks in advance. Customers who travel to ARR from more than 200 statute miles may schedule three months in advance.

Customers must sign a liability waiver before training or a ride begins; you can download a copy of the waiver on Gauntlet's web site. If the customer chooses not to sign they will receive a full refund.

Once gift certificates issued by Gauntlet Warbirds reach their printed expiration date they become an account credit in the original purchase amount. This account credit does not expire but is not refundable.
