This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Went to high school in Orlando and later worked for Martin-Marietta in Orlando as a graphic artist. Gave me my first ride in a warbird in the early 70's in a PT-22. He later owned a Tiger Moth and I heard he had a Vampire at one time.
If you know him, please pass along my contact info in my profile.
Thanks

He sold the Vampire right about the time he got married. I think the new owner was in the Ft Lauderdale area and owned a Bearcat and another Vampire. The stuff Rick would paint was great, I have a few of his signed lithos.

I have a couple of them as well.
I lost touch with him during the Tiger Moth era. Only heard he had the Vampire from others.
