To lock up the type I need to identify the military and construction numbers on any one of the 20 SNV-2 aircraft from the block of Bu 44048 - Bu 44067. One of them is N64738 c/n 79-1161 but I cannot tie them together. Do you have any information on any bird in this block or know the Bu number of 79-1161?
Can anyone here help this guy? Has anyone been up close to 79-1161 or any other airframe in this range?
