I went to Tucson to the Pima Air and Space Museum today. I want to give Jamesintucson a HUGE thank you for his hospitality that he showed me and my friend Rick. James, you went way beyond anything you had to do for us and I want to tell you how much I appreciated it. I will edit this post tomorrow and put some pics up.

The "stainless steel airplane" is a Budd Conestoga. Truly rare.

Awesome stuff. Just a wonderful place to visit.

And thank you for taking the rime to show your photos and just not post a link. Never know if some links are legit or not. Spammers are getting smarter these days.

Did you get some photos of the new additions. Love to see them.

Fantastic pics..thanks for posting!

I assume the Bermuda fuselage is left over from the Pensacola restoration? I know the fuselage when I visited in '04.

That's the first pic I've ever seen of Pima's Sturmovik. When I was there the engine was on display, and a museum staffer told me they had the rest of the airframe in storage..is it now in the restoration queue?

There doesn't seem to have been much progress on the A-20 in a long time. I'd love to see that one finished..the Havoc is one of my favorites.

Chris - The KB-50 is looking great. Did James say when it is expected to go back on display?
