Watched him several times over the decades, last time was KPAE in 1988, always as smooth as 150 year old brandy.
Watch the 'flying the B-26' side bar film with early TV stars Don Porter and Craig Stevens (Peter Gunn)

Bob Hoover: an American hero and national treasure. The full sum of his lifetime's contributions may never be calculated but we are all better having had him in this world. Can't wait to see the movie and I sure hope he remains well enough to act as technical advisor and then sit back to enjoy the final product.

I want to see that movie! Is it coming out on cable? DVD? etc? I'm glad I got to see Hoover fly the Mustang and Shrike at the Miramar airshow years ago.
