Scott, can you replace my T-6 photos in the registry with something a little more current?

Like this for instance:

http://community.webshots.com/photo/244637426/319762335wvmYVR

Needles to say, I'm a little embarrased about all the accumulated dust in those old photos. My T-6 has gathered no moss (or significant quantities of dust) in some time. 8)

Also, if you want to devote some webspace to put my Webshots T-6 restoration photos on the WIX, maybe it could go into a members projects section to document the progress.

Whaddya think?

BK

She's lookin' good, Brandon.

Sure must be nice to be in the bolt-&-rivet-it-back-on stage instead of the tear-it-off-pressure-wash-wet-sand-&-prime-it point of the project.

Have fun!

Nope, still doing pressure washing, etching, priming and painting. Painting the wheelwells next. Then I have to do the process on all the landing gear and firewall forward detail parts.

You guys are having way too much fun. Really, keep all us envious types up to speed on your progress.

If you have any metal work issues, feel free to contact me. Love to help out if I can.

Scott

Super cool project Branadon! I passed an an AT-6G in similar shape back in 1992. Complete, no damage, with 0-time prop (but no engine) for about $16K. Your project reminds me of what I could have been involved in right about now had I not screwed myself out of the deal. Can't wait to see the look on your face after that first flight! 8)
