I think that used to be Blaine Fowler's -7. I think it's in Virginia now.

Currently owned by Heritage Aircraft LLC, Manassas, VA. I believe the picture is fairly new and taken in the US. (Manassas Airport?) The N # looks like N811AP which is current.
