Warbird Information Exchange

Anyone have any references/updates, other than those in "Aircraft Record Cards of the United States Air Force How to Read the Codes" on the meaning or reference sources the IARC entries for "Project or Lend Lease Requisition Number" such as Dom-102B, Dom-103B, Dom-106C or Dom-180A etc and LLP-110, LLP-111 or LLP-113 etc.

Also anything further on the "Action" column entries in the form m-nnnn ? I assume the first digit is the month and wondered if the other digits referred to some type of sequential "order" number or advice/reporting process??
