A group of Eastern Wildcats went into a restoration facility called ByGone Aviation in England a few years back, but I haven't been able to find anything on their status. ByGone Aviation website hasn't been updated since 2013. Are the Cats still there, and if so, or they being returned to airworthy?

Don't any of our English friends on WIX know anything about ByGone and their Wildcats? To me, it was exciting that at least 3 had been purchased by one restoration facility. Maybe its a secret restoration situation.

Well, a little more detailed, and less cryptic, thread titles might get more views. :?

And it doesn't appear that Bygone Aviation would be working on larger fighter planes. :?:

Well, we seem to have "secret" now "mystery".
What's next...Clandestine, Covert, Classified, Top Secret, Surreptitious, Furtive….our imagination is limited only by having a thesaurus.

It's fine to ask questions about "missing" warbirds, but these titles do tend to lend a sinister air to the proceedings.

I guess some people are just X-Files types. :)
