For those who don't know Chris's grandfather was a crewmember on the 90th BG B-24 "Queen of Hearts" ... very cool indeed and a very proud grandson for sure.

Woah! Didn't expect to see my name (both of them) in big bold letters when I signed onto WIX today! Thanks alot Mark!!! Gotta be proud of the grandpop! "Boise Bronc" has the same shark mouth version "Queen of Hearts" had. If you find any more 90th BG, please don't hesitate!!! :drink3:

320th BS had red tails behind the skull & cross bombs with a red and white striped rudder. For the longest time we believed that the inside color of the shark mouth was red as well...

But my father and I now have come to the conclusion that is was a dark blue instead.

This is a CafeReo 1/144th Scale B-24 with custom decals I ended up drawing on the computer, scaled down and applied onto the model to finish my grandfather's aircraft.
