What's the story on the civilian owned UH-1 Huey that apparently crashed last Saturday? Chad Nelson was reported as the pilot.

Unfortunately, this crash is probably going to be determined to have been easily prevented. A parts dealer who deals with Huey's said he was visited by the fellow who was looking for major parts for the Hub and mast two weeks prior. He did not have what he was looking for, so the question I'm left with is was he flying with the old parts or was he able to find new ones and what condition were they in?
