Who's PV-2 get it from Katrina?

Saw a pix of one in the water

I thought I saw one but found out that it was not a PV2. Check out my post from a couple weeks back. This what you saw?

That's the one, but the picture I saw had it surrounded by water and it looked like it was over the wheels. I don't know howto post pixs here.
