The problem is not that they looked directly at the camera, it's that the redeye correction was done ineptly.

OK, popped by and voted...

FWIW, I think CWH still has a glass nose Mitchell forward section that was once slated to go onto their solid nose J "Hot Gen"...might be worth checking with them about that, assuming the Sandbar Mitchell's front end is either missing or too beat-up to be viable...

Good job chaps getting reclaiming yet another bird. :drink3:

re CWH, makes one wonder why they haven't fitted a glass nose to their mighty B-25 as the RAF, to best of my knowledge, didn't operate solid nose machines...
