B-17 "Swoose"

Any word on this plane? Does the NASM have any timeline to begin restoration? Should it be restored as a bomber or VIP transport? Any thoughts/pictures?

Its my understanding restoration work on the "Swoose" will begin upon construction of a new restoration facility at NASM/Udvar Hazy in Chantilly,Va. Construction of this restoation facility however is still many years off so the "Swoose" will continue to sit in storage. Not a good situation at all!
