I really need to get back over there one of these days..it's only a half-hour from my house, and I work about ten minutes away in Kalamazoo.

Awesome job as always! I have been a big fan of A &T since I was a youngster in the lat 70's early 80's with the first TBM/F recovery.

What's next to surface from Lake Michigan or other Great Lakes???
If its a secret, it's ok to let me know, I don't think anyone else will read it. (HAHA!)

And some folks still say that the Navy doesn't share the Lake Birds with
other museums; that they "hoard" them all in Pensacola. I wish I had
handy a list of how many are on loan around the county and a count of
how many kids have seen a Dauntless, Wildcat, etc. as a result of Navy
unselfishness.

It would be unselfish if they would allow the remaining aircraft be recovered from Lake Michigan and allowed to enter the civilian market.
