Looking for T-6 Part

Good Morning. I'm installing a tail wheel steering mod on a SNJ and we are missing one component ! Looking for a bellcrank Part Number 121-34505 for the tail wheel unlock cable. We purchased the other items from Lance but they do not have this part. Any leads are much appreciated.

I have some photos of the drawing if you want to make one. Don't have an extra though!
