Didn't I read over on the Flypast forum that this one is headed back across the pond? Maybe I'm confusing it with Frasca's bird which I know just went to Germany but I thought I read that this one was headed that way as well.

Yeah, 'cause England doesn't have enough Spitfires :roll: pfftt...

I've not read anything but speculation on who, or where, the buyer is.

The Frasca Mk XVIII went overseas a while ago. I just learned of this sale today.

I wonder if Rich Palmers son will have to crawl up the ar$e end of the Spitfire, to undo the hardware he installed when it arrived :lol: .
The boy has grown quite a bit since then I'm sure :wink:
We will learn in good time where her new home is. I wonder if Jim Beasley will be adding anything to fill the slot in his hangar?
