Just out of curiosity, what is everyone's favorite warbird or two on the airshow circuit?

For whatever reason, one of my favorites is C-46 Tinker Belle! The C-46 is a beast, and has both ww2 and cold war history. Also C-46s have a really nice high pitched screaming sound. Something about it........ :drink3: Too bad there is only one flying airshows. A real forgotten warbird!

Well, someone has to like the oddities. I try to find an interest in "other aircraft" that aren't P-51's. Like em', love them, but I'm an intellectual and I need flavor. :drink3:

CWH Lancaster. After that, Glacier Girl, POF's Zero, and Fifi. And soon Doc.

I don't know if FHC's planes count as making the airshow rounds, but their 109 and 190 would make the list if they do.

Second on the CWH Lanc. Impressive size and sound, and the crew always flies a great display.

Other favorites include the CAF Dauntless and Helldiver, and Neil Melton's P-47.
