I am looking for manuals on an electromechanical inertia starter for a R-985. Sorry, don't have model number right now, lost the paper on which it was written. It is currently installed on a BT-13 and the drive seems to be slipping during hot engine starts. According to the BT-13 manuals, a clutch pad can be adjusted to alleviate this problem, but does not elaborate on how this is accomplished. Does anybody out there know where I can get the manuals for the starter? Or can anybody tell me how the clutch is adjusted?
