Out of Curiousity are there any P-39 airframes, fuselages, etc for sale anywhere?

I do know that Jack Kosko was offered a P-39 project after the first TBM was completed...I don't know what the status is on that particular plane. I may be able to get some more details on it for you.

Yep, there are only two P-39's flying in the world today, and both are based in Texas - one with the CAF - "Miss Connie", and the other with Rod Lewis - "Brooklyn Bum". Unfortunately, though, "Brooklyn Bum" has yet to be seen publicly since being sold from The Fighter Collection in 2010 - though I read a report that its operational status is better than it had been prior, when with TFC, since after it came back to the US its engine was overhauled, and an overheating problem that had plagued the aircraft prior, was solved/cured.
