except that it wasn't "all weather, all terraine" - once this reached Antarctica, it turned out that the wheels could not gain traction in ... snow.

Ended up as a stateside trainer, listed as an RB-26C when it had a takeoff accident due to mechanical failure on April 30, 1945.
