I just upgrade some software for the forum that will allow a more accessible experience for those using mobile devices. It will automatically detect what device you are on and switch accordingly. You should be able to switch between each mode as desired so its up to you.

Let me know if you have any issues, as this software is completely new to me.

This brings up a point I hate to talk about. This site is free to access and use for everyone. As much as I would like to devote all my time to the site, and that is a goal of mine, I have a family to support. To do that I have some banner adds that try to be unobtrusive as possible, I also have amazon links and the third revenue option is voluntary subscriptions/direct contribution to the site. Support the site

By making this mobile friendly the banners and amazon don't show. This removes the majority of the revenue that keeps this site going. So of you mainly use mobile, or you use ad blocking software, consider signing up for the VOLUNTARY subscription. For $2/month ($24 a year) you help support this site and it's expansion. And face it, $24 is like three (if your lucky) aviation magazines. So if you like the site and want to see it grow, think about it.

In the coming year I will be looking at providing more incentives for subscription. Feel free to make suggestions on this subject.

consider supporting this forum and the Warbirds Resource Group with a VOLUNTARY subscription
For as little as $2/month you can help ($2 x 12 = $24/year, less than most magazine subscriptions)
So If you like it here, and want to see it grow, consider helping out.

Just needs a "view unread posts" tab and
I'd be set.

Is there any way to resize photos on my iPad so I can post them directly?

I've discovered that the Pixlr Android App resizes, worth seeing if their iPad one does.

I'm now having this issue with my laptop on wifi. This site opens up with the 'condensed' version and I can't see any pictures.
Everything is fine on my wired desktop computer at work. :(

The free one doesn't seem to...

I'm not sure if mine in technically 'paid' or not, it was pre-installed on the phone.
On Android it isn't obvious, you don't get the option until you save or share the photo, when it asks if you want to do it as small/medium/original/custom.

Not that I'm aware of. Tapatalk is a separate soft package, this is more of a format situation. I'm still looking for other solutions at the moment.

I'll look into it. As it stands it detects your platform and defaults to what it thinks your on.

I'll see what I can do.
