A new Geneseo airshow website has been added. Highlighting other attractions at the show. The aircraft list has NOT been posted yet. Art Nells Sea Harrier is listed, and W7 C-47 will be selling rides, along with a night show!

Always a blast!
Hope to see you there Nathan.
I ran my Tiger for the first time this season yesterday.
Should be flying my next days off!

Wish there was more in the form of an aircraft list. I've been debating between making my first trip this year or doing a different extended warbird-related trip, and my deadline to put in for extended vacation time is approaching. Not much to base a decision off at this point and the other show has more information available. That may end up making my decision for me.

Looks like a list has been posted for the "Greatest Show on Turf"

http://nwmairshow.com/

Vintage Wings P-40 is scheduled.
I wonder if it will be flown by WIXER Dave Hadfield?

Yes, that's the Plan. I'll bring the P-40.

And if anybody wants to fly with me in the back seat of the P-40 from Gatineau to Geneseo and back, they can do it! They must become a Member of VW, then Upgrade for a flight.

We'll be bringing the Harvard, too.

Once there we'll offer Cockpit Checks, in which (for a donation) anyone can sit in the cockpit of either aircraft -- with the pilot on the wing! -- and get a :10 min lesson on the levers and dials.

Plus we can take Members flying in these aircraft. Time is a bit limited -- we have to work around the airshow airspace closure -- but if anyone wants to fly they can become a Member, then Upgrade to a flight. If two people want to get together, we can fly in Formation!

I love Geneseo -- a great place to fly an airplane!

Count me in! Wouldn't hurt to get some "practice." 8)

The 2015 Geneseo Air Show list is up. The Sea Harrier off the grass will be interesting, but I'm looking forward to 3 Mustangs! Also this is the first time seeing Andrew McKenna's Mustang and his demo. Can't wait to see Greg Shelton's Wildcat demo as well.

British Aerospace Sea Harrier
(2x) L-39 Albatrosses
(2X) B-25 Mitchells
(3x) P-51 Mustangs
TBM Avenger
P-40 Kittyhawk
F4F "Wildcat"
C-47 "Whiskey 7"
C-45
L-16
L-21
L-17
All-Veterans Jump Team
Rob Holland MX
"Jelly Belly" Interstate Cadet
John "Skipper" Hyle Harvard Mk. IV
"Jive" and "Wild Blue" RV
LOTS of classics, trainers, and l-birds
And, more *possibly* on the way. Stay tuned!
