Interesting to see MJ730 in colour during the war. She was kept in a hanger next to the one I worked in at Staverton, Gloucestershire back in the late 90's, when she belonged to David Pennell. It used to be nice to see her taxy past when he went flying.

Must have been a rough trip for the crew of B-17G 44-6283 - number 4 feathered, blown tires and both the aft crew door and ball turret jettisoned - nothing in Baugher about it. No squadron markings other than the yellow rudder. Anyone know more?
